Having completed many self build housing projects with our clients over the years, an opportunity arose in 2015 to allow us to develop our own property in a rural village to the north of Chorley, Lancashire.

Through careful negotiations with the local planning department we secured approval for two 5 bedroomed luxury homes on a development site nestled on a quiet country lane.

The project was not without its technical difficulties being built on the site of a former mill and with challenging access for construction deliveries.

The end result has created a very much loved family home for ourselves and our neighbours with a wealth of self build experience collected along the way including a detailed knowledge of self build financing which created two bespoke properties with stunning countryside views.
